Group Coaching Program

You know you are committed to expanding your business as quickly as possible, but right now you may not have the resources or time to take the best advantage of individual business coaching.

We've designed the Quantum Business Builder's Success School to help you get your business to the next level at a pace that's perfect for where you are, and at a price that's appropriate for your stage of the business life cycle.

Exclusively for early stage companies and businesses that are in a turnaround phase, this program will rapidly help you get to the next stage of your business journey.

Here's how it works:

We'll work with you for six months in a group setting in 14 business building sessions. The first six sessions are held over nine weeks. After that, the coaching sessions will be two times each month.

Each group coaching session lasts ninety-minutes and during the course of 6 months, we will cover 14 critical areas that will help you dramatically expand your business.

The calls are conducted through a telephone bridge line that you can access from anywhere in the world, and will utilize a web interface to enable you to view material from any computer anywhere. But don't worry if you have to miss a call as you'll be able to access a recording of the call along with special web pages.

And to make sure that you get the most possible personal attention, each group will have only 16 participants. Of course, we'll make sure that a group never has competing companies.

Over 26 weeks, you'll quickly grow your business using Quantum's systemized approach to building businesses. You will take advantage of our benefit of our founder's 35 years of experience coaching hundreds of businesses in the following areas:

Before each session, you'll send a Coaching Session Prep Checklist and any materials you are working on that will go to all members of your program. During every coaching session, we'll give you feedback, ideas, resources, guidance, and support to help you take move forward faster and take your business to the next level.

In addition, you will get material from that session's Coaching Modules that will guide you through a particular area of business building, with exact detailed instructions on how to complete important exercises.

After each session, you'll create a game plan for the next two weeks.

If you are working on a special project, you will also submit a project-specific game plan. And in between sessions, you'll communicate with your fellow group members by coaching forum and by phone.

In addition, during the course of the program, you'll have direct access to your Quantum Certified Coach. You are encouraged to contact your coach with questions on anything about your business.
