Your coach will work with you to narrow the list down to those changes that are quickest to implement while still having the largest potential payoff. The golden opportunities! Your coach will then work with you to develop an action plan to make the changes. This is where the 30 Days To Increased Profits Program starts (and the really powerful part of this program kicks in.) Each working day after your Business Needs Analysis, you will have a 5-10 minute phone conversation with your coach. In it you'll report on your progress so far, and make commitments for the next 24 hours. Your coach will make suggestions, request commitments, and help you stay on track. Each day you will spend about 15-30 minutes implementing that day's profit-building project, working to fill that key hole in your business through which profits are leaking out. You're going to have to do some work - but it's work that will make a huge difference in improving your bottom line. (By the way, these changes oftentimes make a huge difference in reducing your personal stress levels and increasing your time away from work.) And that's a very good thing! At the end of 30 days you and your coach will do an analysis of the process. If you have done your part by attending each of your coaching calls and completing your commitments during that time, you're virtually guaranteed to be seeing some major positive changes in your business. At that point, if you don't agree that those changes will result in increases to your profits, we'll happily refund your $750 plus pay you an extra $300 for your time.
